RETURN & REFUND POLICY

we want you to love your purchase. if you’re not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

to initiate a return, contact us at xostudioxx@gmail.com with your order number. once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

we do not accept returns on opened or used products. original shipping charges are non-refundable. customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

xo studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
